Fabric has always been the perfect companion for transforming the atmosphere of a space — a bit like the relationship between steak and red wine. When paired well, it brings out new layers of experience.
Drape a beautifully colored cloth over your dining table, and suddenly the meal feels more refined, more intentional. When the fabric gets dirty, just toss it in the washing machine — our high-stability dyeing process ensures it won’t fade. After washing, give it a shake, hang it to dry, and iron it flat — it’ll look as good as new.
If you have a blank wall at home, a tablecloth can double as a wall hanging. Whether suspended behind your bed or draped along a living room wall, fabric can add warmth and charm to your surroundings.
In the product photo, the fabric drapes approximately 20cm from each edge. To achieve a similar look, we suggest adding 40cm to both the length and width of your tabletop. For example, if your table measures 140cm x 70cm, we recommend a tablecloth size of 180cm x 110cm, which equals 2 yards.
This fabric is made from 100% polyester, offering excellent wrinkle resistance and easy stain removal. Fabric comes uncut and unhemmed.
The Story Behind the Print: Mixed-Breed
This pattern is both a simplification exercise and a story about mixed-breed dogs (also called “Mikse”) — one-of-a-kind beings who often don’t have proper names, so we call them Xiao Huang (Little Yellow), Xiao Hua (Little Flower), Xiao Hei (Little Black), or Xiao Hu (Little Tiger).
DuoDuo is also a mixed-breed dog — white with tabby markings and a slender waist. On my days off, I take her for walks at the riverside park. It’s my favorite kind of date. I love watching her wagging hips and the joyful bounce in her steps.
Once we cross over the levee, it feels like entering her domain. I unclip her leash, and she sprints across the grassy fields. Every tree, every plant along the riverbank seems to hold a scent that connects her deeply to this land — as if it’s her true home.
There are many dogs in the riverside park. You usually won’t see them during the day — they hide behind trees or in tall grass. It’s only in the stillness of night that they emerge to search for food.
